Entitled with “Developing Digital Economy and Promoting Digital Civilization”, the 2022 China Internet Conference (CIC), was organized by the Internet Society of China (ISC) from Nov.15-17 in Shenzhen. During the CIC, the Sub Forum, Internet International Development Forum was held on Nov.16,2022

With the theme of "Insight Into New Opportunities for Going Abroad, and Jointly Gather Resources", the forum aims to explore new opportunities for Internet enterprises to go abroad and help them find new business opportunities. Mr. He Guili, Vice President of ISC, attended the forum and delivered a speech.

Mr. He Guili said in his speech that enterprises going abroad is not only the need for their own business strategy deployment, but also an important requirement for building a new development pattern of domestic and international double circulation and mutual promotion. He put forward two pieces of advice on oversea business capacity building: first, governments, enterprises, industry organizations, research and academic institutions and other parties should work together to strengthen the construction of network and digital infrastructure and strengthen global cooperation; Second, it is suggested that overseas Internet enterprises should further strengthen capacity building to enhance their ability to cope with various external challenges.
