Entitled with “Developing Digital Economy and Promoting Digital Civilization”, the 2022 China Internet Conference (CIC), was organized by the Internet Society of China (ISC) from Nov.15-17 in Shenzhen. During the CIC, the Sub Forum,  "Internet Innovation and Intellectual Property Protection" was held on November 16. It was jointly organized by the Intellectual Property Working Committee of ISC and the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT).

The forum focuses on the current status and problems of innovation, competition situation, open source governance and intellectual property protection in the Internet field, and builds an all-round communication and achievement display platform to promote self-discipline of Internet enterprises, ensure fair competition in the Internet field, and create a new situation of intellectual property protection.

The list of the first batch of intellectual property rights and competition cases in the Internet field were released on the forum.
