The 2024 （6th） BAAI Conference “Artificial Intelligence + New Data Infrastructure” Symposium was held in Beijing, guided by the Internet Society of China (ISC) and organized by Beijing Academy of Artificial Intelligence (BAAI) 

The forum focused on the fourth industrial revolution triggered by AI technology and emphasized the importance of high-quality data for the research and development of AI large models.

Mr. Shang Bing, President of ISC, attended the event and delivered a special remark, putting forward a four-point proposal to accelerate the opening and sharing of data resources, follow up on the development of synthetic data technology, build a data trading mechanism and ensure equal emphasis on data governance and circulation.

A number of experts delivered keynote speeches, discussing the transformation path from data to intelligence, data new infrastructure enabling AI + new quality productivity and other issues. At the same time, the "Beijing Artificial Intelligence Data Operation Platform" and "Industry Data Set-Scene Application Innovation Plan" were launched, aiming to provide high-value industry data set and serve the AI application innovation and capability improvement. 

The roundtable discussion session centered on in-depth exchanges on the development strategy, cooperation mode and application platform construction of new data infrastructure. More than 200 people from the government, famous experts, scholars and enterprise representatives attended the forum.
